The
Pioneer of Youth Work, The
Boys' Brigade, is 125 Years Young, and to
celebrate, we will hold a Tattoo in Scotland.
Boys
and Officers from across the country (joined by our friends in Girls'
Brigade Scotland, and further afield) have been working together
throughout the 2008-09 session in Band-work, Physical Activity, Fun
&
Games - and of course a little Drill. All this hard
work
will culminate at the end of the session in a spectacular
show
of music, friendship and teamwork by hundreds of young people.
We
hope you'll be able to join us at Braehead Arena in Glasgow on 25th April 2009 for
what promises to be a
memorable evening.
- Doors open at 18:30 - show starts at 19:30.
- If
you want to come and watch, tickets are now available, and selling fast from Braehead Arena Box Office.
There are three ways to purchase tickets:
- Click here to purchase tickets on-line (subject to a booking fee).
- Call the 24 hour Braehead Arena ticket hotline on 0844 277
6062 (subject to a booking fee: NB calls cost 5ppm from a BT landline,
calls from other networks may vary and calls from mobiles will cost
considerably more.)
- Visit the Arena Box Office (next to KFC) Monday to Friday between
12noon and 5pm or the Skating Office (next to Costa Coffee) between
10am and 2pm on Saturdays.
- If you'd like to publicise the event in your Company, Church or elsewhere; you can download an A4 poster here.
- Any
ex-members wishing to parade at the end of the show should purchase
their ticket from Scottish HQ at Carronvale (01324 562008), as
they will need to be seated in a reserved area. Uniform Optional. No-one seated outwith this area will be allowed onto the Arena floor.
We hope you'll support us in this venture, which seeks to show a
flavour of The BB - well into our second century, celebrating our
rich history while still innovating and looking forward.
